WBHO-I is undergoing significant expansion, and is currently involved in exciting projects across Australia, including project delivery and pre-contracts activity across multiple states.The RoleReporting to the Superintendent, you will be responsible for a specific area of works while also providing coverage to other supervisors.These positions would commence in the coming weeks on a 2/1 roster to the Pilbara, with candidates needing to be available immediately for interviews and training.Key TasksSupervising civil construction works before time and under budget valueCo-ordination of subcontractors and suppliersProgramming and scheduling of manpower to meet the requirements of their scopeLiaising with the superintendent, other supervisors, leading hands and project staff in the overall co-ordination of the worksWorking closely with the superintendent in providing design and constructability systems to maximise project productivityEnsure strict health & safety procedures adhered to resulting in 0% accidents.RequirementsMinimum 5+ years Supervision of similar capacityHistory of supervisory experience working within a mobile plant environmentAbility to operate, supervise and guide use of all plant and equipment within a civil construction platformHigh level of intelligence and safety focusProblem solving abilitySense of urgency and ability to forecast and mitigate delaysOutstanding communications skills.If you wish to be considered for this opportunity, please click apply.
