We are seeking applications from candidates local to Perth area. Key TasksSupervising civil construction works under various clients before time and under budget valueResponsible for the procurement of all plant, material and facilities, co-ordination of subcontractors and suppliersProgramming and scheduling of manpower to meet the requirements of the project.Liaising and directing other supervisors, leading hands and project staff in the overall co-ordination of the worksWorking closely with the client in providing design and constructability systems to maximise project productivity under the guidance of the Project ManagerEnsure strict health & safety procedures adhered to resulting in 0% accidents.RequirementsMinimum 8+ years Supervision of MRWA projects in a similar capacityHistory of supervisory experience working within a mobile plantAbility to operate, supervise and guide use of all plant and equipment within a civil construction platformHigh level of intelligence and safety focusProblem solving abilitySense of urgency and ability to forecast and mitigate delaysOutstanding communications skills.Candidates must reside in Perth region and have full working rights within Australia.
