WBHO is undergoing significant expansion, and is currently involved in exciting projects across Australia, including project delivery and pre-contracts activity across multiple states.Your RoleReporting to the Systems & Controls Co-ordinator you will be responsible for assisting the project with various administration duties. Based in our beautiful West Perth office you will be working Monday to Friday. Duties:Timely and accurate data entry, including recording of timesheets and machine hours, as well as subcontractor documentation to assist with end of month reconciliations and reporting. Assist with budgets, job costing and contract administrationRaising & amending purchased orders Assist with end-to-end personnel mobilisations Updating of various registersLiaise with internal and external stakeholders on all project administration mattersCoordination of various project administrative dutiesAd hoc duties as requiredRequirements: C class driver's licenseIntermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tablesUnderstanding of finance, budgets and allowable costsA professional focus and attention to detail is keyAbility to work in a team and autonomouslyExcellent written and verbal communications skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsStrong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and abilityPleasant friendly and approachable phone techniqueIf you wish to be considered for this opportunity, click Apply Now.
