WBHO is undergoing significant expansion, and is currently involved in exciting projects across Australia, including project delivery and pre-contracts activity across multiple states.Your RoleWe are looking to engage an enthusiastic and motivated Workshop Administrator for a 6 month contract to cover a Parental Leave period. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the project with various workshop administration duties. This role is Monday – Friday and located at South32 Worsley Alumina Refinery. Duties:Coordinating the mobilisation of subcontractors;Raising POs, ordering parts and following up on freight;Recording machine hours into database;Allocating tradespersons time to plant;Recording fuel, grease and oil usage;Updating the repair & maintenance registers;Maintaining other registers such as service sheets, machine pre-starts & fault registers;Updating IMS with machine faults & maintenance history;Other adhoc site admin dutiesRequirements: Must be local to the Bunbury/Collie region and within driving distance of the projectC class driver's licenseIntermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables;Experience in a workshop within the mining or construction industry;A professional focus and attention to detail is key;Ability to work in a team and autonomouslyExcellent written and verbal communications skills;Strong organisational and time management skills;Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and ability;Pleasant friendly and approachable phone techniqueIf you wish to be considered for this opportunity, click Apply Now.
